Material reduction

By designing custom packaging, we can typically achieve significant material reductions (saving costs and resources).

Transport optimization (CO2 reduction)

Custom-sized packaging also reduces the impact of your transport, lowering CO2 emissions through improved efficiency.

FSC® certified packaging

As part of Macfarlane Packaging, we can supply FSC-certified packaging as required.

Damage prevention

Eliminating damage reduces the environmental costs of returns (additional transport) and waste (i.e. damaged) products.

On pack labelling

We can add appropriate recycling symbols and instructions to your packs, improving recycling rates among end users.

Added value

Foam recycling

We can offer a foam recycling service for our customers who generate significant amounts of waste foam material.

This service involves collecting and adding your foam waste to our recycling processes. We have a full waste carrier license, allowing our vehicles to collect your foam following delivery of your packaging. We then return your foam waste to our site on the return journey.
