Pallet boxes

If you ship large items, export products or operate in industrial markets, pallet boxes are often essential to your success.

Pallet boxes are large, heavy-duty corrugated boxes attached to wooden pallets. The integral pallet allows for the handling and moving of large, heavy items. Popular for export, pallet boxes are available in several standard or bespoke sizes.

At Suttons Performance Packaging, our experience and expertise in industrial packaging allow us to design and manufacture both standard and custom pallet boxes. In addition to specific dimensions, we can add interior fittings such as foam lining, inserts, or end caps to provide a tailored level of protection.

Custom pallet boxes

It is possible to manufacture any pallet boxes your business uses in either industry standard sizes (using standard or euro pallets) or completely bespoke designs as required.

Custom-sized pallet boxes can frequently reduce transport costs (you are not paying to ship empty space) and minimise the use of secondary packaging, such as void fill. They also significantly reduce the potential for transit damage, particularly when combined with foam or other cradles and inserts.

Tailored to your requirements

You can also choose to have your standard or bespoke pallet boxes with branding, handling instructions, part numbers or other information printed directly onto the exterior surfaces.

You can even opt to have your pallet boxes supplied flat for assembly on-site or fully assembled to reduce packaging times (or to accommodate internal fixtures and inserts).
