Anti-static foam shippers use a combination of coated corrugated board and pink anti-static foam, providing a safe path for static charges away from the pack’s contents. These properties make them suitable for safely shipping circuit boards, microchips, and a wide range of specialist electronic devices and equipment.

Anti-static shippers effectively create a Faraday cage effect. When any ESD (electrostatic discharge) hits the pack, the coating channels it around the outside surfaces, protecting the contents within.

By default, anti-static shippers include a pink anti-static foam. This ESD foam features an egg-crate/convoluted profile that accommodates items of varying sizes and shapes. However, you can also specify custom foam inserts and choose conductive foam if preferred.
