How it works

Using suspension packaging is quick and easy when following these steps:

Put one-half of the suspension packaging (cardboard frame and film) into a pre-assembled outer box.

Put the product you are shipping in the centre of the film.

Place the other half of the suspension packaging over the product to contain it within the two films.

Close the outer box. Doing so creates tension in the films, retaining the product in place.

Seal the box and ship using your chosen courier/transport provider.
